FEATURES UNIQUE TO THE SMARTGATE 1000

BATTERY BACKED 365-DAY CLOCK - Used to automatically open and close the gate on a scheduled basis and to time/date stamp event records.

TELEPHONE LINE INTERFACE WITH BUILT-IN MODEM - Used in service capabilites described below, as well as to set automatic opening and closing schedules.

AUTOMATIC SERVICE REQUEST - Call can be placed if gate stops operating due to a mechanical failure or when the cycle counter indicates that preventative maintenance is needed. Provides the site location and condition. Can be directed to a technician's pager or to a service department running Sentex's Windows-based software.

REMOTE DIAGNOSTICS - Allows servicing dealer to call SmartGate 1000 to determine status of each input and output and to retrieve and analyze records of most recent gate operator events. This speeds the resolution of problems and often eliminates the need for a technician to visit the site.
